my dad made me some raised beds a few years back as i,am disabled they are great ,no nead to dig. i,ve grown peas , leeks , runner beans , french beans , carrots , parsnips all grew very well next year try more fruit . i always put are own compost on top each year at the begining also chicken pellets job done ready for planting happy gardening
