Check whether containers need watering: pots that are sheltered by eaves or balconies can miss out on any rainfall.
Bulbs coming up in the rock garden or in containers may benefit from overhead protection from the rain and snow.
Tubs and containers should be kept tidy: cut back and remove debris regularly.
Take care for outdoor containers: insulate them from frost with bubblewrap.
Do you grow plants in containers? Raise containers onto pot feet to prevent waterlogging.
Do you grow lilies? They grow well in containers, where they can be positioned for maximum effect in the garden.
It’s getting warmer: position summer hanging baskets and containers outside.
