Do you have Iris unguicularis? Cut away some leaves to expose the flowers.
Do you have hellebores? Cut off old leaves of hellebores that produce flowers from ground level to expose the flowers.
Many plants now have flowers, berries or coloured stems: Some of these plants are Helleborus niger or Clematis cirrhosa.
Grey mould can be problematic in wet weather: Remove affected leaves and other parts as soon as the symptoms are seen.
