Whoa, not quite yet. Even in the greenhouse. Vigorous active growth depends on letting the days lengthen enough so the fuchsias can keep growing strongly after repotting. And the best time really depends on latitude. In the meantime,It’s only January 6 so keep patient and let the fuchsias rest a bit longer. Outdoor fuchsias stored away for the winter should be left until most danger of frost is past before they’re cut back, repotted and returned outside.
